Services
Faridi Marketing Group provides website design, local SEO, branding, and AI automation services to businesses. All services are delivered as described in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to engagement. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in writing before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion or as specified in the proposal. Late payments may result in paused project delivery. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website files, design assets, copy) produced specifically for their project. Faridi Marketing Group retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets used in a project are governed by their respective license terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any required content (logos, images, text) within agreed timelines. Delays caused by client-side inaction may extend project timelines and are not the responsibility of Faridi Marketing Group.
Limitation of Liability
Faridi Marketing Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking outcomes, as these are influenced by factors outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable upon termination by the client.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
